Cash on Delivery Shop Without Worry

We offer Free Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders throughout Pakistan. You do not need to make any advance payment or share any banking details. Simply place your order, and pay in cash when your parcel is delivered. We want every woman in Pakistan to shop with complete peace of mind, knowing she only pays when her order is in her hands.

Before we pack and dispatch your order, our team will reach out to you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order. Please make sure your contact number is active and reachable so we can process your order without delays.

Major Cities such as Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi 2 to 4 business days
Other Cities and Towns across Pakistan 3 to 5 business days
Remote and Rural Areas 5 to 7 business days or slightly longer depending on courier access

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier workload, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If you experience any difficulty receiving your parcel or need to reschedule, please contact both the courier and our support team so we can assist you promptly.

Inspecting Your Parcel at the Door

When your parcel arrives, we encourage you to take a moment to inspect it before accepting it from the courier. If the packaging appears torn, opened, crushed, or tampered with in any way, please do not accept the parcel. Inform the courier on the spot and contact our team immediately. Accepting a visibly damaged or tampered parcel may affect your ability to raise a valid claim later.

Record Your Unboxing

We strongly recommend recording a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video every time you receive an order from NightyDresses.pk. This simple habit protects you as a customer in case you receive a wrong item, a defective product, or find something missing in your parcel. Without an unboxing video, we may be unable to process certain claims. Your video is your proof keep it until you are fully satisfied with your order.

Accurate Address is Your Responsibility

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order. Include your house or flat number, street name, area, city, and any nearby landmark that can help the courier locate you easily. NightyDresses.pk will not be responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

What Happens if You Miss Your Delivery

If our courier partner attempts to deliver your parcel and is unable to reach you whether due to unavailability, an unreachable phone number, or any other reason the courier may attempt re-delivery or hold the parcel for a limited time. If the parcel is eventually returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply before your order can be resent.

To avoid this, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address and your contact number remains active throughout the delivery period.

Deliveries During Peak Seasons & Holidays

During busy shopping seasons, national holidays, or special occasions, courier services across Pakistan may experience higher volumes and slight delays. We appreciate your patience during such periods and assure you that we do everything on our end to dispatch orders on time. If your delivery is taking longer than expected, please feel free to reach out to us and we will follow up with our courier partner on your behalf.

Cancellations Before Dispatch

Changed your mind? No problem. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Once your parcel is on its way, cancellation is no longer possible and the order will need to follow our Return & Exchange Policy.

Damaged Items During Transit

In the unlikely event that your nightwear arrives damaged due to mishandling during transit, please do not discard the packaging. Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and share your unboxing video along with clear photos of the damaged item. Once our team has reviewed and verified your claim, we will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue promptly in line with our Exchange Policy.
